“Buffer,” tougher, and faster, the Helias men’s basketball team is poised to take to the hardwood for action this winter following a dynamic summer and fall in the gym and weight room. Led by seven returning letter winners, the varsity basketball team looks to surpass last season’s accomplishments and further add to the successful legacy and tradition of the program. Under the tutelage of new coach Josh Buffington, the Helias program will be implementing a new style of up-tempo offense and staunch defense that will be an exciting brand of basketball. Coach Buffington enters his 8th year of coaching overall, 5th year as a Head Coach. Come out and support the ‘Sader men’s basketball team!
