Helias Dance Explosion looks forward to building on a strong past tradition of excellence. Focus on endurance and strength conditioning should provide a sharper and more cohesive team able to improve on last year's competition record.
Dance Explosion provides entertainment at varsity basketball games and football games when the band is unable to perform. This year's Dance Explosion looks forward to representing Helias at competition and performing for the super Helias fans. Although this is a young team, the core of experienced dancers will strive to make this an exciting and memorable year.
