The Helias Invitational was another great day for the Crusader Harriers. With only five boys running in varsity they were able to edge out Mexico by two points for the championship in the large school division. Seth Raithel and AJ Van Loo did not run due to some nagging injuries. They should both be back in action next week. The Lady Crusaders again had a couple of individuals with great races. Again, only five ran the race. With some illness and injury problems it seems hard to field a full girls team, but we may be able to find seven healthy runners by district on November 1.
