Helias Varsity:

Despite a very good pitching performance by McKenzie Hamacher, the Helias Crusaders came up short to the Hickman Kewpies 0-4.  The offense struggled against a very good pitcher, coming up with only one hit. 

The team attitude and their enthusiasm continue to be high, and after a great team-building experience on Wednesday, expect the Crusaders to finally turn the corner on the upcoming game against Mexico and the UCM tournament this weekend.

Helias JV:

The Helias JV once again put runs on the board early.  The Crusaders beat the Kewpies 7-2 in a 5-inning contest.  Nicole Buschjost was the winning pitcher.  Nicole also led the offense with a single, double, 2 runs scored and an RBI.  The JV Crusaders look to continue their success against Mexico on Thursday.
