The game against Booneville was Helias' Military Appreciation Night. Between games Helias High School recognized those in the Helias community who either have served, or are currently serving, in the military. It was a special night as our own Coach Campbell is currently serving in Kosovo.
Helias Varsity:
The Crusaders squeaked out a close one against an opponent in Booneville who came to Duensing Field with a 15-2 record. McKenzie Hamacher continues to get stronger on the mound striking out 9 in the win. Although the Crusaders scored their runs on a well placed infield single and an error, they did finish the game with 8 hits as a team. The Crusader offense was led by:

Helias JV:
This is the second time the JV Crusaders and Booneville have met up. Helias defeated the Pirates again, this time by a score of 6-0. Nicole Buschjost pitched a 3 hit shutout for the win. In 4 offensive innings the Crusaders were able to get 7 hits, but more importantly the Crusaders hit the ball hard from the top of the lineup to the bottom. The Crusader offense was led by:
